Our client is a market leading Tier-1 practice who is seeking a mid-level construction associate due to growth of the practice and an influx of new and exciting work. - Negotiation and preparation of project contracts, construction contracts and operating agreements
- Advising on procurement issues
- Strategizing to mitigate project risk to stop litigation
- Managing key contracts and liaising with senior external counsel
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 PQE in front-end construction law
- Trained at a reputable Construction practice
- Proven ability to interpret the law commercially
- Polished drafting skills accompanied by a solid deal sheet
