**About the Role**

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic
- **Customer Service Expert** to join our team at
- **ee-Fit Dandenong**. You will be working in a small and dedicated team that all work collaboratively together. This is a great opportunity for someone who may want to step aside from outbound calls or come from Retail and want to explore Customer Service from an internal capacity. No matter what you are going to be engaged, confident with technology, and not afraid to pick up a phone call

**Skills and Experience**
- Internal Sales or Customer Service Experience
- The ability to use influencing and negotiations skills
- Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MYOB and CRM Systems
- Ability to handle queries and complaints
- Processing orders. Bookings and Services
- Past experience in organising workflow to support customer timeframes
- Skills in building customer relationships
- Excellent in data entry, computer systems, and communication
