What we offer:
Based in Melbourne’s SE, we are a small, but very strong business and have operated for over 30 years. Work is done for individual clients, corporate customers as well as retail stores, Extended Warranty Companies and Manufacturers. We service some very popular brands, and you will be working on state-of-the-art equipment.

We offer security and ongoing training to develop you into a specialist, along with a negotiable salary based on your skill set. The field role also includes a phone/ tablet and a vehicle. The chance to enhance your skill set on other electronic products.

About the Role:

- Assess and carry out repairs to electronics including audio, television, and full-frame mirrorless cameras among other equipment.
- The ability to identify faults.
- Upon successful completion of training, you will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, uniform, and ongoing support. (Field role only).
- Attending to customers in the home or commercial environment and completing repairs while delivering superior workmanship and customer service.
- Liaising with internal and external staff to successfully complete your jobs.
- Utilizing your tablet to update jobs on the road.
- Attending manufacturers training seminars to enhance your skills as a field and workshop service technician.

About You:

- Do you have a passion for the AV Service industry?
- Do you have a positive attitude and a willingness to continually grow your skills?
- Do you enjoy working as part of a team with shared goals?
- Are you a quick learner with high attention to detail?

What you need to be successful:

- Certificate in Electronics with a strong understanding of electronics
- Current Manual Victorian Drivers Licence
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good presentation
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- The ability to manage customer's expectations with proactive service
- Your own tools (some will be provided)
- Physically fit and able to lift TVs and other heavy products

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moorabbin, VIC 3189: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
