**Position Summary**:

**Duties**:
1. Responds to customer support calls and resolves complex issues in accordance with STERIS customer service and quality metrics.
2. Builds and fosters relationships with customers, communicates feedback to leadership, and ensures quality execution of all value added services.
3. Utilizes collaborative service, data collection, technology, and systems tools to perform service duties.
a. Gathers diagnostic information and performs initial analyses.
b. Uses technology to diagnose errors or technical problems and works with Customer to implement solutions remotely.
4. Uses engineering drawings and documentation to identify problems, address customer issues, and execute solutions.
5. Performs and oversees machine conditioning at customer sites; supports conditioning efforts at customer sites remotely.
a. Uses digital scopes to assess problem.
b. Runs dosimetry tests.
6. Documents service and produces timely and detailed service reports, including what work was completed, what parts need to be sent, next steps and final resolution status.
7. Performs duties in accordance with target metrics and KPIs as defined by senior leadership.
8. Maintains compliance to all regulatory requirements in local jurisdictions where work is performed.

- 1. 4-6 year’s experience in one of the following areas or a combination of these fields will be considered:
- Electro Mechanical
- Mechanical
- Millwright
- Robotics and automation
- PLC / software development
- Control systems
