Food & Beverage Coordinator

**Experienced Food & Beverage Co-ordinator required**

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative hospitality professional to build a café bar service from the ground up at our busy golf course based in the beautiful Swan Valley.

We have recently renovated our kitchen facilities and are now ready to offer a selection of simple yet tasty offerings, 7 days per week.

**The role will include**:

- Designing and managing the day-to-day menu and daily specials
- Designing and managing supporting operational processes
- Managing inventory and supply chain
- Recruiting and training staff
- Designing and catering packaged offerings for events of up to 100 PAX (corporate events, kids’ parties, wine tours, & stag/hens)
- Ensuring the highest food hygiene standards possible, at all times

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar hospitality role or be a recent graduate of CERT IV
- Liquor licence qualifications including Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Manager or willingness to study and certify
- Experience of menu planning, inventory and supplier management
- A deep understanding of the Food Safety Standards as well as dietary requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

**Hours**:
Initially we need someone to work up to 25 hours on Wednesday through Sunday as follows:

- Wednesday to Friday: 10.00am - 2.00pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 10.00am - 3.30pm
