**NOW HIRING |** A Store Manager for an internationally recognised outdoor and adventure store. This brand delivers an extensive line of performance apparel, equipment, and footwear. They push the boundaries of innovation so that you can push the boundaries of exploration. They remain deeply proud to be the first choice of the world's most accomplished climbers, mountaineers, extreme skiers, snowboarders, endurance runners, and explorers.

Reporting to your Area Manager, this role is a people and product focused role. As a Store Manager, you will be required to train and develop your team on the latest product and keep up to date with all technical knowledge. Ideally we are looking to speak with people who have a keen interest in the outdoors and enjoy hiking, and keeping active.

This role will see you support a team of up to 10 people including an Assistant Manager, Full Time and Part time staff. This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new location

**This role will see you**:

- Manage the store and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive
- Develop the store to ensure it effectively operates
- Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of accumulative budgets weekly/monthly and quarterly
- Drive and motivate to achieve success
- Keep up to date with the latest product and technical knowledge
