**About Dowerin**
Dowerin is a student placement and migration consultancy with offices in Melbourne, Colombo, and Helsinki. We place international students into universities and institutes, and support their education journey end-to-end.

**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct student consultations (phone, in-person, online); assess academic background, budget, and goals
- Coordinate offers, GTE, COE and enrolment steps; maintain accurate records in CRM
- Build and manage relationships with education providers; stay current on intakes, scholarships, and entry criteria
- Achieve monthly placement/conversion targets; provide clear pipeline and progress reporting
- Represent Dowerin at info sessions, open days, and community events as required

**About You**
- **Minimum 1 year** recent experience in **international student placement** (mandatory)
- Proven success placing **onshore/ offshore** students from **Indian or Sri Lankan communities** into Australian providers
- Strong understanding of admissions, packaging, and COE processes;
- **Visa knowledge** (Student visa) is a **plus**:

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills
- Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and provider portals
- Right to work in Australia

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
