Australian-owned freight forwarder located in Crows Nest is seeking an Export Operator to join the team. In the role you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of export air and ocean freight shipments and

**Export duties include**:

- Receiving and making bookings
- Job registrations
- Organising transport
- Export clearance
- Preparing and distributing all export documentation
- Completing profit and loss at job file level - including client invoicing and approving vendor invoices
- Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, transport companies, freight forwarders, internal departments and clients

**Requirements for the role**:

- Solid understanding and proven experience in freight forwarding operations
- Cargowise & ICS experience highly desired
- Ability to effectively interact with all internal/external stakeholders to facilitate professional movement of all shipments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and time-manage
- Attention to detail
