**Role**: Process Worker - Casual

We have an exciting opportunity available for experienced process worker to join our growing team Great opportunity for individuals with experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

Looking for casual role in our busy periods although could grow into a full time or part time position.

Arrowpak has been a family run business since 1978. We manufacture a wide range of different products in sachets, bottles, tubes and much more.

**Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4pm (1:30pm Fridays) + OT possible dependant of production**

**Responsibilities**:

- Packaging products into cartons/shippers and stacking onto pallets.
- Performing fast-paces assembly and packing work.
- Meeting production deadlines and targets.
- Cleaning & sanitising equipment as per regulations.
- Ensuring quality control is to a high level.
- Loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and work environment.
- Can handle pressure and make sound decisions or take on comments from management.
- Be strong and fit, able to lift heavy items when required.
- Learn to operate automatic machines and equipment to run production lines with team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience is great but not mandatory
- Keen eye for detail/quality
- A can-do attitude that can find solutions to problems
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- References included for review
- Rights to work in Australia

Pay is set as per the award rate, dependent on experience and age if junior staff.

Open to all ages of staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $25.41 - $30.00 per hour
