We are an industry leading supplier of cleaning products and equipment to the transport, hospitality, and supply chain industries.

Our 30 year foundation has set the stage for our growth and expansion in 2024 and now for 2025.

As a result of this growth, we are in need of a highly motivated and focussed individual to join our team as the new Warehouse Leading Hand. This position is also one which has an ad-hoc component to it where you will be required to do occasional deliveries as a support to our sales reps.

The warehouse leading hand is a position which is important to the company and its operations day-to-day. We're looking for the right individual who can bring their experience and forward thinking mentality while we grow and introduce new systems.

You will report to the Operations Manager and after training be able to demonstrate your ability to carry out the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing walk-in customer orders
- Management of stock Inbound & Outbound
- Manual handling/Pick Packing
- Using the forklift to load/unload vehicles
- Local deliveries in the small truck as required (Training Provided)
- Use of the new CRM and WMS being implemented. Salesforce

**Skills & Experience**:

- **Firstly, excellence in customer service and satisfaction - Non Negotiable**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations
- Forklift licence & experience **(Or willing to obtain one)**:

- Work within a high performance team environment, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment including sharing of knowledge and information as your opinion is **highly valued**.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills.
- Excellent eye for detail
- A proven understanding in WHS & Chain Of Responsibility

- Experience in Warehouse Management Software - **Bonus**:
