**Your role****:
**What you need****:
To be successful you will:
- Ideally have three (3) years’ conveyancing experience with Commercial and developments experience.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have experience working in a role with competing demands.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Provide reliable and timely advice; take ownership of your work and support others.
- Be confident dealing with people at all levels.

**Your main responsibilities will include****:
- Performing property related legal services (at an experienced level), including but not limited to:
- the acquisition and sale of properties both commercial and residential;
- conveyancing;
- property development;
- stamp duty; and
- general commercial property related duties.
- Identify potential problems pertaining to property related matters.
- Manage files and tasks in accordance with firm procedures.
- Record and bill time for chargeable matters, meet billing and financial targets.
- Coordinate property settlements processes perform searches and make lodgements.
- Manage and undertake PEXA related tasks.
- Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents.
- Escalate complex matters as required.
