**Your role**

Reporting into the Head of Projects and Technology, the Operational Technology (OT) Systems Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining the cyber-resilience of Ixom’s operational technology assets and the environments that they operate in. You will be the Subject Matter Expert for OT cyber-resilience, providing technical expertise and leadership to the business in identification and management of cyber risk.

**Your responsibilities**
- Ownership of OT cyber policy and procedure framework
- Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of policy and procedure documentation, and integration with IT policies and procedures
- Implement cyber security risk management framework and conduct periodic cyber risk assessments, audits and cyber control effectiveness
- Design and develop in depth security strategy for OT assets
- Leverage OT and ICS cyber expertise in providing guidance and leadership to range of stakeholders
- Establish and grow relationships with manufacturing, IT, OT and business partners
- Maintain awareness of the larger OT threat landscape facing industry, emergent trends and technologies
- Provide analysis of potential business impacts and opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legislative landscapes

**Your skills & experience**
- Previous experience in Operational Technology within the chemicals/petrochemical environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of IEC 62443, IEC 27001, ISO 30001
- High level risk management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to deliver results in fast-paced environment
- Graduate qualification in Cyber Security of related field of expertise would be ideal, however not essential
