**The Day To Day**:

- Mentoring and managing staff members
- Structured training to help you grow into a team leader
- You will be in charge of looking after a clean-cut portfolio as well as maintaining and creating relationships with landlords
- Conduct final bond inspections
- Conducting routine inspections
- Great support to help with condition reports and routine inspections

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Previous experience with holding your own portfolio of properties
- A current certificate 4 or agent’s representative certificate
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
- A passion & drive for the Real Estate industry
