
Human Resources Business Partner

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As Human Resources Business Partner you will support and partner with managers across multiple sites of our Health Services. This role includes a range of Human Resources activities including Employee Relations, Workcover and change management.
- Based at Werribee Mercy Hospital and / or Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg
- Permanent full time position, with work from home option
- Work collaboratively with members of local and Group HR teams
- Provide day to day management of HR matters
**ABOUT YOU**:
- A Degree or Post Graduate Qualification (or working towards) in HR or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR generalist business partnership role
- Experience working in health or community services an advantage
- Ability to provide timely and accurate advice to managers
- Ability to build effective and efficient working relationships with key stakeholders and the wider HR team
- Ability to work independently and also as part of team
