The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.- In your role, you will provide executive support to the Head of Partnerships, Asia Pacific and the Head of Risk, APAC, to ensure the senior leader’s priorities are met, organisation goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld. You will be responsible for complex diary management, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, expense management and other ad-hoc duties as required.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Experience as a Personal Assistant, with exposure to senior/executive level stakeholders. Financial services experience, advantageous.
- A high-level of professionalism with the ability to establish rapport and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
