Aura Assist is a registered NDIS provider committed to empowering people with disabilities to live with confidence, connection, and independence. We’re currently looking for a compassionate, proactive support worker to assist a client in the **Mt Druitt**area.

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a support worker to assist a client living with mental health challenges who is looking to build confidence, re-engage with the community, and work on daily living goals. You’ll be someone calm, supportive, and proactive with the emotional intelligence to build trust and help create safe, empowering routines.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support with personal care and day-to-day routines
- Facilitate community access (e.g. appointments, shopping, social outings)
- Use grounding, active listening, and encouragement strategies
- Promote independence and self-confidence
- Be a consistent, trusted presence in the client’s life

**You’ll Need**:

- Cert III in Individual Support or studies in Nursing, Allied Health, or Social Work
- Experience with mental health or psychosocial disability
- First Aid & CPR certifications
- NDIS Worker Screening & Orientation Module
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Driver’s licence (own vehicle preferred)
