**About the role**:
This is an amazing opportunity for a customer service representative who is eager to enhance their customer service knowledge and experience. You will work full time hours in a permanent position with a large global brand in a fast - paced environment situated in the south-eastern suburbs. A flexible work arrangement will be provided while working with a team that places emphasis on the development and learning of their team. This position is working full time on a rotating roster. You must be able to drive as there is no convenient public transport, and travel into the office will be required. Equipment to work from home will be provided but a reliable internet connection is essential.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Negotiating payment plans in line with company guidelines
- Identifying and flag contracts where repossession activity is to take place
- Handling inbound and outbound inquiries over the phone
- Providing a 5* customer service experience to customers over the phone

**You will have the following**:

- 1-2 years of experience working within a Customer Service role
- Ability to multi-task, be hard-working and organized
- Proven experience working in a busy environment
- Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alpha-numeric data entry and qualifying data
- Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
