Responsibilities

Take over accountabilities for defined complex administrative tasks;
- Analyse data sources and validates information with respect to the information needs of management or other stakeholders.
- Create meaningful reports, and comments on data and information.
- Propose measures for improving administration-related processes.
- Cooperate with other specialists or professional on planning the course of specific transactions.
- Communicate with external stakeholders to keep them informed, on behalf of management.\
- Responsible for providing general administrative support to the ANZ business in relation to invoice and account management in conjunction with the finance team, including but not limited to managing non-trade purchase order process, expense system administration, general administrative tasks, vendor master requisition process and undertaking phone verifications.

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ finance administration /general administration experience
- Prior experience using SAP essential
