C.E.M. Alliance are seeking a **Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner **to join our client's team on a **8:6 FIFO roster **just off the coast of the Kimberly region.

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all Fixed Plant equipment maintenance and repair work. As well as shutdown planning to optimise the productivity of the plant and the availability of all equipment.
- Reporting to the Process Superintendent.
- Maintaining a high level of health, safety and environmental awareness and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Optimise plant availability, reliability, performance, and safety through planned maintenance strategy.
- Support maintenance teams by providing timely consistent quality plans.
- Implementation and execution of approved site-based projects.
- Striving to meet best practice planning philosophies and always having a pro-active approach.

**To be considered, you must meet the following criteria**:

- 2+ years’ experience in similar role.
- Knowledgeable on Work Management principles.
- Plan Do (PDCA) experience.
- Shutdown & Capacity Planning.
- Plan, manage projects (Gantt charts).
- Advanced ability to plan and schedule.
- Extensive knowledge of Crushers, Conveyors and Screens.
- A current WA ‘C’ class manual drivers’ Licence.
