Our Company:
City Venue Management is a facility management company that manages a number of Aquatic and Health Club facilities throughout Queensland. Our swim school, Rackley Swimming, operates within each of our centres and is an integral component of our operations.

We are currently recruiting Swim Instructors for our North Brisbane Locations: North Lakes.

Role Purpose:
As a Swim Instructor, you will conduct learn-to-swim lessons and programs whilst utilising our 5 Steps to Success:
Support - You will assess children's swimming capabilities and support their individual needs. You are reliable and knowledgeable

Trust - Gain the child's trust to motivate them and challenge them in the water. Make a lasting impact - become a role model and an inspiration

Energy - You will be full of energy and enthusiastic, always finding creative ways to best engage the child and their families

Patience - Support the child and develop their skills at a comfortable pace. Safety driven and child-focused.

Success - Celebrate every little milestone Communication with parents about their child's progression.

What you need to succeed:

- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents.
- Decision-making skills, including the ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives and communicate decisions.
- Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer experience

Essential Qualifications (or willing to obtain):

- Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety OR Swim Australia Teacher
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current CPR
