**About the Role**

We are looking for a professional and friendly **Radiology Clerical Receptionist** to join our team at Grampians Health. As the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, and health professionals, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department. This role involves managing front desk reception, handling appointments and enquiries, and preparing documentation within the COMRAD system. **Key Responsibilities**

Provide high-quality customer service and liaise effectively with reporting doctors, patients, and other healthcare professionals
. Manage reception duties, including answering phones, greeting patients, and responding to in-person enquiries
. Accurately prepare and manage patient documentation and data entry in the COMRAD system
. Maintain confidentiality in all correspondence, documentation, and communications

**Skills & Experience**

Advanced computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry
. Proven ability to manage databases and maintain accurate records
. Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and patient-centred service
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
. Experience with hospital systems (such as IBA/PAS) and knowledge of COMRAD is desirable but not essential
