**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Operations & Sales Manager, the role is primarily responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of maintenance works and services for our stores and Head Office. This role will be responsible for maintaining an accurate plan and schedule of works from end-to-end for each job. You will be the main point of contact for stores, contractors, and vendors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Store Maintenance**:

- Assist with the coordination of all Nine West & Dune London fit-outs and refurbishments.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers on maintenance works that need to be complete, across retail and Head Office.
- Be the main point of contact for stores & Head Office regarding maintenance issues, and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner.
- Source and administer quotes and invoices.
- Ensure all fittings and fixtures coincide with international brand requirements.

**Retail Operations**:

- Assist the Director, General Manager, National Operations & Sales Manager, and National HR Manager with duties as required.
- Assist the Receptionist as required, including being the second point of contact for reception calls, and completing reception duties whilst the Receptionist is away.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in retail, preferably within fashion retail
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Intermediate proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Great time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
