**Job Description**:
**Identity & Access Governance**
- **Lead the design and implementation of IAM frameworks across MS environments**:

- **Oversee access provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews**:

- **Ensure compliance with IAM policies, procedures, best practices and external regulatory requirements**

**Technical Oversight**
- **Manage IAM tools and platforms, including integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity providers**:

- **Identify and mitigate IAM-related risks**:

- **Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure secure identity lifecycle management**

**Transition & Steady-State Operations**
- **Drive IAM strategy during transition phases, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state operations**:

- **Support the development of Job descriptions and BOQ staffing alignment for IAM roles**

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- **Work closely with Delivery leads, Infra & security leads, and client stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with business goals.**:

- **Mentor and manage IAM professionals, fostering collaboration and performance**

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- **15+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.**:

- **Strong understanding of IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD).**:

- **Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).**:

- **Certifications such as CIAM, CIMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.**:

- **Experience in managing IAM within Managed Services environments is a plus.**
