A newly transformed The Greens, The Entrance will be reopening soon and will be like you’ve never seen it before
We are looking to build a team of people who have a passion for great leadership and great customer service. This role is diverse and oversees operations across the entire club including Gaming, Cash Management, Concierge, and the bowling greens.
**A great opportunity**
In this role you will have the keys to the castle and your day is varied, including:
- Problem solving and implementing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Providing leadership, direction and support including coaching & performance management
- Building and fostering highly effective working relationships across multiple venues
- Monitoring and responding to service levels and assisting where appropriate
- Implementing and championing change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation
- Conflict management and managing complex operational issues
- Providing a safe environment for our team and community
**About You**
You consider yourself a people person, with a knack for building relationships, investing in your team and making people feel welcome. You also have:
- At least 12 months experience managing a team of people with varying levels of experience
- Confidence to work independently and think on your feet to resolve issues and manage tricky situations
- Exceptional experience in communicating with both customers and team members and be able to demonstrate the ability to have the ‘difficult conversation’
- Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and motivating a team of employees
- General knowledge & experience of Club operations and guiding legislation
- A high standard of presentation and exceptional communication skills, including report writing and other formal documentation
- A high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the Club
- Current RSA and RCG certificates
