Forge West End is not your average clinic. We are a **very busy, high-performing allied health practice** in the heart of West End — and we're looking for someone who brings **energy, work ethic, and pride** to everything they do.

This is not a role for someone looking to coast. We need someone who is **reliable, detail-oriented, fast on their feet, and thrives on being helpful and proactive**.

This is a **casual front desk/reception/admin role** with potential for **long-term career progression** in clinic operations or management for the right person.

- Punctual and takes pride in being dependable
- Hardworking, willing to learn and tackle new tasks
- Friendly and bubbly with a naturally positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Multitasker who remains calm under pressure
- Happy to cover shifts and step in where needed
- Fast learner and confident using computers/software
- Prior experience in allied health or healthcare reception is a bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
- Answering phones and managing bookings efficiently
- Processing payments and managing appointment invoices
- Supporting practitioners and keeping things running smoothly
- General administrative tasks and keeping the front desk and surrounding tidy

**Pay Rate**:
Remuneration will be in line with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020, based on your experience and classification level.
