We design, manufacture, and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.
**About the role**:
This position focuses on driving internal sales revenue, supporting the external sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include handling quotations, generating leads, resolving inquiries, and problem-solving to meet business and customer needs.
**The key responsibilities of the role are**:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone sales to both existing and new clients.
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone within a warehouse environment.
- Manage customer accounts and drive sales to meet budget targets, leveraging promotions.
- Take ownership of critical sales tasks, including new product launches, follow-ups, and process adherence.
- Generate sales leads by proactively following up on outbound marketing campaigns and new product promotions.
- Ensure timely creation, verification, and dispatch of orders in full.
- Record and escalate customer complaints regarding product/service to the Vic State Manager as per company procedures.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demands and market trends.
- Support warranty or product complaint processes and provide relevant feedback to management.
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Unleashed for effective task execution and reporting.
- Strong ability to identify and implement systems and process improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
