**The Opportunity**

The primary function of the Sales Consultant role is to provide exceptional customer service and provide sales support to attract and engage with both new and existing clients. You will be a confident, well-spoken professional that is committed to providing a unique, customized experience each and every time

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conducting telephone sales calls in line with daily volume expectations
- Delivery of daily call activity, conversion rates and sales metrics
- liaising with key stakeholders to support the growth of sales as required
- Advocate for your customer through Sales Management
- Liaise with operational staff as required to support the sales process
- Utilising promotional campaigns to drive growth in your customer group
- Provide input and feedback from your gained customer knowledge
- Supporting the Sales Manager where required
- Other duties as requested

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in “inbound” telephone sales
- Knowledge of and experience with CRM systems
- Automotive Parts/Panel knowledge - able to interpret parts preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in building business relationships over the phone
- High computer proficiency
- Personable and patient
- Attention to detail
