**About the role**
- Reports to the Practice Manager
- Make our patients feel cared for
- Support our practitioners to deliver outstanding care
- Immediate start possible to commence induction & training
- Part-time or casual position

This role involves tasks and duties in the following areas:

- Face to Face client interaction
- Phone call management
- Online communications management
- Diary management
- Client billings and transactions
- Administrative needs of Practitioners
- Reception & Waiting room management

**Essentials of the role**:

- **Permanent Part-time** hours or **casual** for flexibility
- **Must be available to work at our Parramatta clinic**:

- Shift work on weekdays (7.45 am to 6 pm) and Saturday mornings (8 am to 1 pm)
- Eligible to work in Australia

**Attributes wanted**:

- Experience in making customer interactions memorable
- Experience working in professional team environments
- Great verbal/written communication
- Attention to detail
- A desire to do things a little bit better each time
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office products and Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
- Genie Solutions PMS experience
- Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration

**Professional development**
- Will subsidise ongoing study if a transition to working full-time is made

**Opportunities**
- Ability to work more hours if willing to travel to Chatswood
- Higher hourly rate if willing to work at multiple locations
- Tiered progression through reception with long-term administration or management roles

**Remuneration**
- $27 to $35 per hour plus super

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift

- Morning shift
