**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who can demonstrate excellence in customer service as we pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalised and unique guest experience.

As a **Breakfast Casual** in **Food & Beverage** role you are required to provide exceptional customer service, with a warm and welcoming greeting. Ensuring efficient and professional service at all times. Having confidence in speaking and engaging in a chat with our guests. Understanding the current menu when serving food and beverages during service.

As a **Dinner Casual** in **Food & Beverage** role you are required to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring efficiency and professional service at all times. Confident and vibrant personality who has great knowledge and curiosity of food trends and wines. Understanding the current menu when serving food and beverages to our guests.
- **The roles will be based across a roster with shifts in the breakfast role commencing as early as 6 am and finish at 11am or mid-afternoon approx. 15:00, depending on demand.**_
- **Dinner service roles can start as early as 3pm and finish as late as midnight, depending on demand.**_

**What we need from you**:

- A minimum of 1 years à La Carte or fine-dining experience is essential, including a practical demonstration of your sequence of service knowledge.
- Positive attitude, reliable with a genuine passion for hospitality industry.
- Dynamic, vibrant and confident professional.
- Demonstrate a “Passion for Excellence "through serving our guests with flair and personalised service.
- Highly adaptable and able to perform during high-pressure service periods.
- Exceptional service skill in creating a unique guest experience is essential.
- Superior communication skills and High attention to detail.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- A current ACT Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
- You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
