What You'll Do:
As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for:

- Bringing gardens to life through **planting, hedging, and expert trimming**.
- Ensuring the **health and vibrancy of plants** with careful fertilisation, mulching, and disease prevention.
- Skillfully operating **gardening equipment**, from push mowers to ride-on mowers, and keeping tools in excellent condition.
- Managing **weeds and debris** to maintain pristine environments.
- Overseeing **irrigation systems** to keep gardens thriving.
- Tackling exciting **landscaping projects**, including laying pavers and building small retaining walls.
- **Mentoring junior gardeners**.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a self-motivated individual with a genuine love for horticulture. Ideally, you'll have:

- A **Horticulture Certificate III in Parks and Gardens** or similar qualifications, or considerable hands-on experience.
- A **current NSW Driver's License** is essential.
- A current **Working With Children Check (WWCC)** and a **National Police Check (NPC)** are required for this role.
