**What You’ll Do**:

- **Oversee and execute premium landscaping projects** across Sydney ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
- **Lead a small team on site** - supervise day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and support junior team members.
- Interpret and work from landscape plans, including construction, planting, and irrigation.
- Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the design team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Take responsibility for tools, materials, scheduling, and site organisation.

**What You Bring**:

- Trade qualification in Landscape Construction (Cert III or equivalent).
- Proven experience in residential or commercial landscaping, with strong technical skills.
- Prior experience supervising teams or leading job sites (formally or informally).
- Solid understanding of hard and soft landscaping techniques.
- A keen eye for detail, with pride in producing high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and white card.

Pay: $59,702.49 - $107,176.63 per year
