**Job Description**:
Working within a high performing IT finance team this role will see you assume core ownership of key accounting requirements for Global Express’ IT Function. As the Finance Analyst in the IT- Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering the monthly close and business partnering support for key the IT function, overseeing change requests from IT Transition Service Agreements and the central IT 3rd party data repositor supporting the IT Function through a significant period of change & transformation.

Reporting to the Finance Manager - IT, some of your other responsibilities are:

- General ledger management for the IT function
- Month end close and reporting for the IT Function
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Tracking of change request to IT Transition Services Agreements (ITTSA) and ‘replacement’ services
- Develop guidelines and templates for best practice processes as appropriate
- Key team member in providing accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and ongoing operational analysis as required.
- Supporting the development of IT recharge model and communication with business stakeholders
- Contribute to the revision of the IT Capitalisation policy &
- Develop robust processes ensuring high governance is followed

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, you are Degree qualified in Commerce -Finance/Accounting with a postgraduate in IT or Economics followed with CA/CPA.

You are a capable and conscious operator understanding how to challenge a process and join this fast
- moving transforming organisation.
