**Responsibilities**:

- Serrve a variety of beverages, including wines, spirits, and craft beers, with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
- Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about current beverage trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Open / Close the venue according to venue procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a high-end establishment in the hospitality industry - bar experience preferred as venue will transition to a wine bar in future
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification.
- WSET or similar qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
