**Role Overview**:
Working under consultative direction from the HR Business Partner, North America, the Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for the development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value Human Resource programs, procedures, and support to all levels of a client organization through all phases of the employee life cycle in APJ region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the business stakeholders in the region and HR counterparts globally, you will:

- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures for APJ and their dissemination through varied communication channels; partners with business leaders in developing business policies and practices
- Proactively partner with external recruiting agencies and outsourcers to partner with leaders in APAC to build, lead and grow high-performing teams.
- Effectively collaborate with other members of the Global HR Team to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative people programs that continually elevate the caliber of APAC employees.
- Responsible for coordinating and administering activities related to employment, employee relations, talent, workforce planning, compensation, learning & organization development, diversity & inclusion, benefits and other team member services
- Collect and evaluate feedback from both employees and leaders and contribute to the design, development and execution of initiatives to optimize the employee experience.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a way that balances both company and internal stakeholder considerations.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees by communicating with employees, managers and payroll on upcoming departures and tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR matters in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs; Serve as lead point of contact for specialized projects or programs
- Understands all applicable governmental regulations and advocates compliance requirements in the APJ region. Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices and trends to influence the business and Human Resources agenda.

**We're Looking For Someone Who Has**:

- Experience working on in HR team with regional APJ experience
- A high degree of creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking
- Strong organizational skills, pays attention to detail, and is a self-starter.
- Strong HR Operations skills
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Ops Specialist or equivalent in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience rolling out and at times creating HR key processes and policies in the APAC region (i.e., documentation, implementation & execution)
- Extremely flexible, open-minded, and creative when it comes to developing and maintaining HR protocols
- Knowledge of APAC employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience in companies scaling at high-speed
- Understanding of HRIS-systems’ design, HR reporting, and workflow.
- Ability to manage multiple, critical priorities/projects without losing attention to detail or a positive attitude
- Relentlessly devoted to the ‘people experience’ in all things
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Tech-savvy with an appreciation for privacy and security.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in US-based global companies preferred

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven skills in aligning to and supporting both business and Human Resource objectives
- Ability to work with leaders and team members at all organizational levels across multiple locations and/or geographies
- Ability to independently and exercise judgment while using well-defined Human Resource policies and procedures
- Possess in-depth negotiating, influencing and consulting skills
- Understanding of applicable governmental regulations, compliance requirements and Human Resource policies and practices
- Breadth of perspective both internally and externally
