Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducts listening exercises with P&C and the business to support change readiness and document feedback for consideration by stream leads and HoC.
- Contribute to lessons learned and sprint planning with the broader project team
- Continually develop knowledge and expertise in your craft by reading articles/news and through membership of groups etc.

**IS THIS YOU?**

The successful applicant will be customer centric, collaborative and be confident in communicating and influencing various stakeholders. You will be solution and service focused.

To be considered you will have or be able to demonstrate:

- Proven ability to work in a high volume, team environment
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience through customer relationship management
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Experienced at facilitating change
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative
- Exceptional communicator - written and verbal to influence in a positive manner, including verbal and written content

It would be advantageous if you could also demonstrate:

- Experience and ability to deliver organisational wide change set timelines and associated deliverables
- HR Generalist skills
- Formal Human Resourcing accreditation or demonstrated experience and competence
- Outstanding verbal and written English and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
