Pier 35 Bar & Grill is located in Port Melbourne. Opens for lunch and dinner, six days a week. The food and beverage offering showcases Australian Modern Cuisine and Balkan foods. We cate for a la carte and take away. We also cater for functions and corporate events both cocktail style and sit down.

**About the role**

We are seeking experienced waitstaff and bartenders for part time and casual positions for our lunch time and evening service. Ensuring that all guests who dine with us have memorable experiences filled with warm hospitality, delicious food and beverage, and attentive service. Availability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Guide customers through food and beverage menus
- Respond to customer enquiries, requests, complaints in a professional manner
- Follow key service protocols and procedures according to company standards
- Contribute to a cohesive team environment while reporting to management

**Skills and experience**
- At least two years experience working as a senior waiter or senior bartender.
- A-la-carte restaurant experience is advantageous
- Confident in 3-plate carry and wine service
- Attention to detail, and focus on guest experience
- Ability to adapt, work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication
- Current RSA, wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge
- Coffee knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
