**THE ROLE**

**Are you**:

- A strong, experienced communicator and trainer?
- Passionate about driving organisational improvement and delivery of high-quality and effective services to the Victorian community?
- Able to lead organisational change to drive improvement of outcomes and the effective management of strategic and operational risks?
- Able to establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders?

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Strategically plan and manage the implementation of risk management principles, strategies, and processes across assigned divisions of the department.
- Coordinate and supply regular updates and periodic reporting to the Executive Board.
- Develop and review policies and processes that guide the department's risk management approach.
