**YOUR NEW ROLE**
The **Regional Visual Merchandising Partner QLD, Northern NSW and NT** is responsible for setting merchandising standards across a group of stores ensuring presentation is at its optimum to increase sales and enhance customer experience. This role works cross-functionally, coaching, guiding store teams to implement the brand and VM strategy and deliver consistency across the store network.
**Responsible for**:
- Lead and coach teams on merchandising standards. Ensure that presentation of all items is of the highest quality and standard, this includes hanger appeal and steaming.
- Ensure stores are comfortable with implementing key VM changes and incentives and ensuring launch dates are met.
- Proactively identify ways to improve Visual Merchandising processes.
- Provide on the ground support for new store openings and refurbs.
- New stores and refurbs delivered to standard, on time and within budget.
- Manage expenses and coordinate with finance to plan and secure budgets as well as updating forecasts.
- Develop Monthly and weekly VM Calendars included window concepts and instore installations.
**You will require**:
- Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience with a minimum 1 year of multi-site experience
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in furniture, big and bulky goods or homewares
- Intermediate level skills in Adobe suite including illustrator programs.
- Ability to efficiently track and analyse sales data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Travel to and from NT and around QLD and Northern NSW required (ability to travel) - **own car essential**:
- Be able and willing to roll up your sleeves and help with VM (furniture is heavy)
- Be able and willing to travel around Brisbane metro stores, regional QLD and northern NSW and NT stores as required.
