Our specially designed **brand new Parafield Gardens** centre is due to open very soon. The centre operates from 7:00am to 6:00pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 108 children.

**About you**:
You’re an experienced **Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualified Educator** with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive work style. Your delivery of the program is designed to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the children, you develop their inquisitive minds, laying the foundation for their learning journey with us.

**You will possess**:

- **A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education**or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
- A desire to contribute to an awesome team
