The Material Reconciliation/ System Analyst role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client-issued and SSL materials through effective reconciliation processes. This includes supporting stocktakes, cycle counts, and variance resolution to minimise risk and maintain reliable inventory records.

The role also includes key System Analyst responsibilities, such as maintaining and enhancing material tracking systems, analysing high-volume data from multiple sources, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.

This position plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across the division.

This position salary is $100,000 including super. This is a full-time role which will be based at our Head Office located at Level 5, 655 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

About The Role

In this role you will:

- Perform accurate reconciliation of client-issued and SSL materials to minimise financial and operational risk.
- Support and coordinate regular stocktakes and cycle counts, ensuring alignment with internal and client requirements.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances by analysing data and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across reconciliation activities.
- Analyse high-volume data from multiple systems to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to maintain and enhance material tracking and reconciliation systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and system improvements that drive efficiency and data accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful reports for internal stakeholders and leadership on stock levels, usage, and system performance.

About You
- Proven ability to analyse and reconcile complex, high-volume data from multiple systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly summarise and present reconciliation outcomes to a variety of stakeholders.
- Background in Business, Finance, Logistics, Accounting, or Supply Chain, with a solid understanding of reconciliation processes.
- Previous experience in reconciliation roles or similar analytical functions is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated strength in building relationships, collaborating across teams, and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Design and implement integration solutions, including testing, documentation, and risk mitigation.
- Tertiary qualification with an emphasis in business, manufacturing, or equivalent, is desired
