**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings efficiently
- Maintain patient records accurately using **Best Practice** software
- Process Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private billing
- Support doctors and nurses with daily operations
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
