**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient bookings efficiently using **Best Practice** medical software
- Process patient registrations and update medical records accurately
- Handle billing, Medicare, and private health claims
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a medical receptionist (preferred)
- Proficiency in **Best Practice** medical software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare procedures (desirable)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
