As a Qualified Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being Ideally, you need to have skill, passion or interest to share with the children, as diverse activities and creativity is key to our ongoing success.

We are looking for Qualified, Passionate and Energetic people to join our team at Pakenham Springs. Offering 20:00 Hours Per Week, you will work across Before and After School Care shifts.

Monday - Friday; 07:00 am - 09:00 am
Monday - Friday; 03:15 pm - 05:15 pm

You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

You will bring a sense of adventure, empathy and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day.

Supervise children through participation in games & activities. Join our school holiday program with exciting excursions to the cinemas, zoo and more Teamwork and collaboration to create diverse activities.

About You

Commitment to our company values and philosophy. Valid Working Rights to work in Australia. A current Employee WWCC - ‘Working with Children's Check’ Ability to pass a National Police/Crime Check. A passion to work with school-aged children and participate in fun and engaging learn through play activities.

Qualification Required

It is an industry requirement that all educators are studying towards or have completed a relevant qualification (see ACECQA website for more details). This can include qualifications within Childcare, Education, Youth/Social Work, Community Studies, Allied Health, Psychology, Nursing, Drama, Sports and Recreation, Outdoor Leadership and many more

Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education and Care.
Diploma in Education Support or School Education and Care.
Degree in Primary or Secondary Education or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent.
Diploma or Degree in Recreation; Sport Science; Leisure Studies; Social and Behavioural Science or Nursing.
