**Jump Swim Schools Pakenham** is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with **previous supervisor or customer service experience** who is ready to **train as a qualified swim teacher** and **take on a dual role** within our boutique swim school.

**About You**:
We're looking for someone who:

- Loves kids and working with families
- Has experience in customer service, supervision, or team leadership
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Is reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others
- Is open to being trained and qualified as a swim instructor (we’ll support you through this)
- Flexible availability

**About the Role**:
This is a **dual-role** position involving both customer service/supervisor duties and, once trained, swim teaching responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming families and managing front-of-house duties
- Supporting and supervising day-to-day operations
- Delivering high-quality swim lessons to infants, toddlers, and young children
- Providing a friendly and personalised experience for every customer
- We are seeking someone who would be happy with 1 - 2 regular shifts per week and be able to help fill in and cover other shifts as required in an effort to help and support our current staff.
- We aim to provide more regular hours towards the end of the year as some staff finish uni and move onto their chosen career.
