Join us as Project Coordinator for the Electrification Business Area where you will be coordinating for the different aspects of the project and supporting Project Managers in the management, execution of the project, including project scheduling, coordination, project reviews and document control for successful professional, timely delivery of service projects. Reporting to Service Projects and Engineering Manager this position will be based in Moorebank, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting planning and scheduling of service project site activities with Project Manager including necessary local resources, equipment and Milestones
- Creating work plans and cost estimation in own area of responsibility and Ensuring quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost. Improving effectiveness of work plan in collaboration with other functions
- Completing risk and opportunity assessments and ensuring implementation of resulting actions in one’s area of responsibility
- Reporting any contract / quality / program / cost issues to management along with recommendations for resolution
- Assisting customers on technical / commercial issues, interacting with official contacts, contractors, and other staff within his/her scope of
- deliverables

**Your background**:

- More than 5 years of proven track record of similar successful role(s)
- Experience with client document control systems e.g. Aconex, Procore
- Knowledge on ABB Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Portfolio
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Versatile and open to change and improvement opportunities
