Cardinia Piranhas is a family orientated swimming club established in 1998 and is operated by a volunteer Committee. Our goal is to promote swimming as a fun and healthy activity within the wider community and provide a pathway to competitive swimming. Our club supports swimmers of all abilities from junior development to state and national level athletes. Cardinia
Piranhas is affiliated with Swimming Victoria and trains at Cardinia Life in
Pakenham.

Qualifications & experience
- The Head Coach needs to hold a Swimming Australia Development

Coach Accreditation and a Current First Aid Certificate.
- Assistant Coach must hold Swimming Australia Teacher of Competitive

Swimming OR is an experienced competitive swimmer willing to complete the training course.
- As a coach at Cardinia Piranhas, you will be passionate about competitive swimming and be committed to providing a supportive and positive environment where swimmers can excel and thrive. You will be approachable and encouraging and join our swimmers in celebrating both individual and team success.
- Successful applicants will be required to hold a current VIC Working with Children Check and must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a Visa with appropriate working rights. Applicants must also agree to undertake a National Police Check.

Tasks & responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing Swimming programs across the full range of swimming ability.
- Work alongside the committee and swimming families to continue to build and grow the success of the club.
- Lead evening squad training sessions: 6:30pm - 8:00pm Mondays and

Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00am Thursdays and 6:30-7:30pm Fridays.
- Additional hours are available for preparation and attendance would be required at significant swim events (usually on the weekend).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $24.11 - $43.52 per hour
