**About the role**

**Donutjam**is seeking an experienced **Cafe Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new Desert cafes. As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the cafe, managing a talented team of baristas and staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and staff, providing training and development opportunities
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and presentation
- Implement effective systems and procedures to optimise cafe efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyse cafe performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a café or restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to foster a positive customer experience
- Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 55 per week
