**The Opportunity**:
One of our external clients is seeking a law student or experienced paralegal for a role within their Melbourne team, working in the investment sector. Details are as follows:

- 12 months (with possibility of extension for maximum of 6 months)
- 2-3 days per week (with flexibility to suit the individual, if required)
- Melbourne (on site preferred)

**About You**:

- You are a law student or an experienced paralegal
- You have exceptional organisational and co-ordination skills
- You have an interest in learning more about corporate commercial legal processes
- You have an interest in being involved in back-end transaction work supporting a team by managing deal execution processes
- You have an interest in providing support in areas such as NDAs and government procurement
- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You are an Australian citizen
