**About You**:

- You are an experienced property lawyer.
- You are experienced in securing, negotiating and documenting property rights (eg. land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions).
- You have experience dealing with landholders and titles.
- You have had exposure in the energy and resources sector, which is a bonus.
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team.
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- You have a current practising certificate.
- You have the right to live and work in Australia.
