**About the role**:
**PTC are currently seeking a **full-time **team member who is dedicated and driven **Retail Store Team Leade **r for our site in our **Bankstown **store.**

**Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment. We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers. You will have a passion for leading and developing your team, and be ready to take on the next challenge.**

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- **Ideally some industry experience performing device repairs**:

- **A genuine passion for mobile & tech**:

- **Experience managing or leading a team/shift**:

- **Flexibility to work at least one day on the weekend**:

- **Experience working to and exceeding all budgets and KPI’s**:
